Solar Art has a limited number of openings for energetic, efficient, detail oriented people who are interested in taking their first step into window film and graphics installation.  All training is provided.

Pay and Benefits

  • Starting hourly rate of $15 - $21 (based on location and experience) during training
  • 4-month structured training program with on-the-job experience
  • Pay rise upon qualification with the ability to out-earn hourly rate with square footage commission (top installers earn $80k+ a year)

Schedule

  • Most jobs take place during business hours M-F with some requirements and flexibility for early mornings and later evenings
  • Weekend work is sometimes available

Demonstrate a high degree of customer service with each customer. Identify methods to solicit customer feedback and react to areas of opportunity. Be an example to others in regards to your commitment to the customer including punctuality and care for their property.  Present a clean and professional image through personal grooming, attire, and vehicle cleanliness.  Be able to adjust and adapt to changes with a positive approach. Be courteous and friendly; have a positive “can do” attitude.

Workmanship

Perform quality work in regards to site preparation, equipment management, and window tinting and graphics installation duties. Support your co-workers with a sense of urgency and care for safety and quality. Follow instructions and develop a supportive relationship with other installers.

Develop a high-quality, high-productivity approach to your job. Create a positive, friendly, and efficient work environment. Limit wasted time and work to complete each job within the estimated time frame.  Communicate changes in job scope or timing in a timely and effective manner to minimize disruption to the business and our customers.
