Solar Art’s goals for this project were to meet the business owner at the store, get a better understanding of what he was looking for exactly, provide window film suggestions based on what he is looking for, and provide an accurate window film quote. So, that’s what we did! Our sales representative in our Los Angeles office met with the business owner at the store. While he was onsite, he talked with the business owner about exactly what he was looking for the window film to accomplish. This is where the business owner explained that they were doing renovations to part of the store and they wanted to hide it from customers walking by. The business owner explained that they wanted to cover the windows that would show the renovations but not cover the other storefront windows because they still wanted potential customers to be able to see who they are and what they do. The business owner explained that they wanted to completely block any views inside or out of the store and that they only needed privacy for a temporary amount of time until the renovations were completed.
After meeting with the customer and hearing that they were looking for privacy into and outside of the building, our sales representative thought a decorative window film would be a good fit for this project. Our sales representative thought a decorative window film would be a good fit because the customer would have a lot of options to choose from that will significantly increase privacy and prevent people from seeing into the building. Options like frosted window film, whiteout window film, and blackout window film are a few of the decorative window film options that would work for what this customer was looking for. Our sales representative highly recommended blackout window film because it will offer the greatest amount of privacy. It will completely block anyone from being able to see through the glass. From there, our sales representative showed the customer samples of the different decorative window films so he could hold them up to the glass and see what it will look like.
After meeting with our sales representative, learning about the different types of decorative window film that is available, and hearing what our sales representative suggested, the customer decided to move forward with blackout window film! He ultimately chose blackout window film because it offers the greatest amount of privacy. Blackout window film can be installed on only the necessary windows and will prevent people walking by from being able to see into the store and see the renovation that is going on. Once the renovations are over, the customer can call up Solar Art to get a quote for window film removal. Our installation team can go onsite and easily remove the blackout window film from the glass.
The customer decided to move forward with installing the blackout window film on the 12 storefront window panes to hide the renovation going on. The customer was pleased with the outcome of the installation because he was able to find a temporary solution that would increase privacy and hide the renovation for an affordable price. In addition to blackout window film and decorative window film, Solar Art also services solar film, custom graphics, anti-graffiti film, window security film, and exterior building wraps.
